BRADENTON, Fla., January 15, 2001 - As a result of their rapid growth, sister companies HandySource.com and HandyTrac Systems have moved their corporate headquarters to a 5,500 square foot office in the Cortez Village Square complex on Cortez Road. The companies had previously occupied 2,500 square feet within the same complex.
"Our growth has been geometric," said John Lie-Nielsen, Chief Executive Officer, HandySource Companies. "Since we intend to keep growing, we required more space to continue our mission of serving the multi-family market with our Internet marketplace, and the finest key control systems in the industry."
The new headquarters will initially house about 20 personnel. The new office features more offices, expanded conference and tech support areas, access to T1 and DSL lines and an expanded Research and Development area.
The 2,500 square foot space vacated by HandySource/HandyTrac, which includes retail frontage, offices, and a large conference room is available for lease by contacting yet another sister company, Optimum Realty at 795-4760.
