BRADENTON, Fla. - October 25, 2001 - Bob Milhoan, vice president of e-commerce for HandySource, has been chosen by the selection committee of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC), one of the industry's leading national voice advocating for rental housing, to be a speaker as part of the organization's technical conference series.
Milhoan will present "The advantages of e-commerce and the HandySource business model" on November 4 in San Antonio, Texas, to NMHC's technical members, who typically are engaged in all aspects of the development and operation of apartments, including ownership, construction, management, and finance of multifamily rental properties.
The presentation marks the third time in the past year that Milhoan will be a presenter to a national multi-family organization, the first occurring at the April Multi Housing World Educational Conference in Orlando, and the second at the June National Apartment Association National Conference in Las Vegas.
HandySource is a business-to-business e-commerce bid and purchase marketplace for the multi-family and commercial industries. The company was formed in 1999 as a sister company to HandyTrac Systems, Inc., a leading supplier of computerized key control systems to the multi-housing industry.
