ATLANTA, GA (July 2010) - – With more than 13 years of experience in the architectural industry, Jason Shepard has joined HandyTrac Systems, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia. “Jason’s knowledge of the multifamily housing and commercial property design, development, and project management skills will greatly assist in the deployment of the WaterSignal monitoring systems that HandyTrac will represent exclusively” says HandyTrac founder and CEO, John Lie-Nielsen.

Shepard earned his degree in Architecture from Kansas State University, and is a Registered Architect in the State of Georgia. He also holds his NCARB certification to practice architecture nationally. During the past 10 years, Shepard’s focus has been in the design of multifamily housing communities with more than 30 projects completed. Shepard has worked extensively with many leading companies including Archstone, Post Properties, Trammel Crow, and Wood Partners. As Manager of Deployment, Shepard will oversee the installation of WaterSignal systems to multifamily and commercial properties including the recruitment, training, and supervision of subcontractors as well as product marketing-support to the HandyTrac organization.
