1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.

  • Employees of HandyTrac Systems and their immediate family members are not eligible.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter
Participants may enter by completing any of the following during the monthly entry period:

  • Submitting a review of HandyTrac products or services, or

  • Completing an approved entry form at events, trade shows, email campaigns, or online promotions.

3. Entry Period

Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00 AM ET on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the month. Entries submitted outside the entry period will not be eligible for that month’s drawing.

4. Winner Selection

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

  • The drawing will take place within 7 business days after the end of each month.

  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at entry (email or phone).

  • Winners must respond within 5 business days.

  • If the winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Details

  • One (1) $100 Visa Gift Card will be awarded each month.

  • The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted, except at HandyTrac’s discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

7. Publicity
By entering, participants grant HandyTrac permission to use their name, review text, and/or likeness for promotional purposes, including announcements of winners, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy
Information collected during this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and in accordance with HandyTrac’s Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions

  • HandyTrac reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason.

  • HandyTrac is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable entries or notifications.

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by HandyTrac, which are final.
