Antonio V. did a wonderful job at helping me set-up the Handy trac system virtually. He was patient as I fumbled through setting up the physical components, he also thoroughly explained how to use the system once it was up and running.

Luigi was a great help! I was having an issue getting the system to connect to Wifi. Luigi provided the correct steps and stayed on the phone until everything was situated.
