We absolutely love our HandyTrac key control system. The key box provides an added level of security and accountability that gives us peace of mind for both our team and residents.
The thumbprint access makes it incredibly easy and efficient for authorized staff to retrieve keys while still maintaining strict control. Everything is well-organized, secure, and user-friendly.
On top of that, the service comes at a very reasonable monthly price, making it an excellent value for the level of security and convenience it provides. We highly recommend HandyTrac to any community looking to improve key control and overall safety.

Being in property management this system is heavy used and appreciated, easy to use, maintain and complete orders, honestly would be five stars cause the minor issues i come across when it comes to reports is probably human error or lack of knowledge when trying to go through the history records which doesn’t come up to often so i always have to go searching.
