Love this system! It’s very easy to use and makes logging keys in and out quick and simple. You never have to worry about keeping track of your keys or their security.
Each employee has their own badge, so it’s easy to see who has a key—no more guessing! The reports are also easy to run, and replacing key tags is simple.

I’ve been in property management for 25+ years and have used HandyTrac at various job sites throughout my career. I’ve always appreciated the level of key control it provides, and the nightly reports make it easy to stay on top of activity and accountability. It’s also very budget friendly and easy to use, which is a huge plus. Overall, it has consistently been a reliable tool for keeping keys organized, accounted for, and well managed.

The system is easy to use. You can quickly log keys in and out with ease. Never have to worry about your keys being secure. Every employee has their own badge so you know who logged the keys out and why. Easy to run reports and replace key tags, etc. Definitely worth every penny.
