Delivery was a little delayed due to our property being under construction. However, setup was a breeze, thanks to Luigi from client services and technical support. The system is compact and user friendly that works great for our small office.

Antonio V. did a wonderful job at helping me set-up the Handy trac system virtually. He was patient as I fumbled through setting up the physical components, he also thoroughly explained how to use the system once it was up and running.
