I love how is easy to install, and you don’t need any tags or fobs, just with the fingerprint, the website is great it helps a lot if you have questions, it has several videos where literallye xplains everything, I love it.
Key Organization

HandyTrac will be the only key system I will use at any of my properties. I hope to increase our spend to implement the finger print system as it does not allow for keys to be scanned out by another.
Safety and easy to use

The Handy trac system is great for keeping the residents safe and helps the employees to also know who has a specific key checked out or had that resident’s apartment key last. Also keeping them under lock and key without the worry of someone being able to attempt to gain access to another residents apt. if the person with the key tag doesn’t know how the system operates, they can’t get a specific key.
Safety for the residents too if a key is dropped along with the key tag on it not just anyone would know whose apartment it belongings to and not just anyone could walk up and get a key if your fingerprint is not on file you don’t get into it.
